Three ways
to book a ride
Online
Pre-booking form at least 24 hours in advance. You receive a confirmation by email.
By phone
Our sales service handles pre-bookings. Same-day rides from the driver on duty.
By email
Send your details to info@laplandtaxi.fi and we will reply and confirm your ride.
Booking
checklist
The more precise the details, the smoother the trip. Please tell us at least:
- Pickup place and destination as precisely as possible (address, accommodation name, cabin number)
- Date and pickup time
- Number of passengers and luggage – including skis, boards and other large items
- Flight or train number
- Child seats needed, and the number and age of the children
- Special needs, such as a wheelchair or assistance
- Name, phone number and email
- Whether you need a return transfer
Cancellations
- More than 14 days before: free cancellation
- 8–13 days before: 50 % of the price
- 7 days or less: full price
